About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel like locals

ABOUT ME

My friends think that I'm a easy-going person, relax and sometimes can be quiet but it also means I'm a good listener and understanding person. Also a clean-freak, wants to clean almost everything.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is indeed very short and appreciate every moment that you have and share all the happiness to your love ones.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To start, a little bit of introduction about me and my husband. We are planning to visit Japan this summer for 2 to 3 months. The first 2 months my husband will attend Japanese language school in Shinjuku. After that we will probably travel to Hokkaido. I am 45 years old and my husband is 46 years old and we live in The Netherlands. We want to experience life in Tokyo and see if we would come back and stay for a long term period.

I done a lot of home-stay and help exchange in various website. I have been meeting lots of wonderful people in different parts of the world.

But haven't been trying couching-surfing though I join since 2006. My aunt is a couch-surfer and she highly recommend me to do some couch-surfing during my 3 months stay in Japan.

Interests

My husband and I are both into having good food and fellowshipping with friends and family. We are also very active in the church and serving God.
