My own Mission statement:
I am guided with conviction to develop and cultivate in life and in business practices compassion, acceptance and giving with others, so that I may encourage and empower others on my journey through life lived in integrity with balance and consistency.
Sound corny? Naaaah, it's true!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet so many wonderful people.
I go bicycle touring. Consequently, I get to meet lots of different people. Being on Couchsurfing only expands that opportunity.
- organic food
- meeting people
- meeting new people
- good conversation
- road cycling
- mountain hiking
Music, Movies, and Books
- Untamed Heart with Christian Slater & Marisa Tomei
Books: I don't nearly read enough, but if I were to pick:
- Not Without Peril
- Facing the Extreme
- Into Thin Air
With the books, are we seeing a pattern here. LOL
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
For ME, I found it amazing that I even rode bicycle touring. Now, it has become old hat, regarless that the duration is a mere 6 days out.
Teach, Learn, Share
Is this the "Philosophy" part? I dunno.
Be uplifting and positive.
I think I covered it in the "About Me" part.
Learning: I especially enjoy meeting people from other countries, being that the US is pretty much void of what Europe has (so many other countries so close by). I then get to learn about other people's culture.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Interesting conversation! Yes, I can hold a decent conversation on diverse topics. And what DOES that word "interesting" mean, anyhow, ha-ha.
Sharing my life's experiences and knowledge with one other, means now TWO people know.
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Scotland, Switzerland
