I am a 25 year old male and my partner a 27 year old female, I have worked in Sales for many years, 5 years in Recruitment and now I work for an IT vendor in a sales role. My girlfriend also works in Recruitment.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We have recently moved to Reading for work, we figure this would be a great way to get to know new people whilst helping others. We also intend to surf ourselves so feel it is important to give something back

Interests

We are young, outgoing and sociable. We are very easy to get along with and enjoy surrounding ourselves with like minded people.

Work takes up a lot of our time, but we both make an effort to keep fit, enjoy going to gigs and various events.

Definitely a bit of everything music wise, it's difficult to generalise.
We both like a good movie and like many different genres although not a massive fan of sci-fi

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My girlfriend is very well travelled having spent a year in South east Asia when she was younger. Me not so much, although that is changing!
I have a little boy from a previous relationship and make sure I am a fantastic father. I was also in the territorial army for a few years and have taken part in some very exciting sports including rock climbing, abseiling, 48 hour caving experiences etc

What I Can Share with Hosts

Both me and my girlfriend are very sociable and enjoy a good conversation, we also very much enjoy making new friends and learning about other cultures. We both work in sales so won't be able to offer any DIY skills unfortunately, I would happily give it a go but the hosts would be taking a gamble!
