I'm a keen traveler, live near the beach and enjoy the surf and an active lifestyle. I've got two adult sons who are sometimes living at home with me, plus an old but super friendly dog. I can only host now and then, when it is convenient.

Couchsurfers are expected to get involved and help out around the house and garden - that's part of sharing this space with me and my family. We also have a small farm in the country with rustic off-grid accommodation; there are always farm chores to be done...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm happy to share this part of the world with interesting and appreciative people. When I travel I much prefer to meet and stay with locals, rather than in a hotel with tourists, so I know what it is like and how much more you can learn about another country from those who live there.

Travelers who would like to stay a bit longer and do some house and garden work very welcome - and I will be delighted to feed you as well!! Please ask.
