Well.... i consider myself a minimalist... try to live a simple lifestyle free from the onslaught of material goods society tries to manufacture and influence you to have as a necessity... not always easy. ..

I have generally been active all my life. I played team sports when i was younger, but moved into individual fitness activities in my mid-thirties.

Travelled twice previously to Europe. Backpacked in my early twenties and then went back to greece in my thirties after i got married... 😃

Love to cook and try new foods. Eat mostly vegetarian but i do enjoy some choice meats periodically...

Enjoy all types of music... and silence!... 😃
