Laugh and smile as much as possible while passionately pursuing desires! I'm eager to travel more, especially in Europe! I'm a wellness coach with a specialty in internal detoxification. Helping people is a passion!

Be kind. Allow what is. Seek joy. Doing/thinking/feeling what brings one joy, is probably one of the greatest paths to self awakening, allowing one to shed all manner of limitation.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I am happy to meet with someone if they are in my area for coffee/tea and share what I know about the area. I'd love to show you around, go on a hike or hang out at the local coffee shop. I don't have a couch to offer right now but hope to soon.

Music: Classical, some opera (I love Pavarotti, Kiri Te Kanewa and Bocelli), some pop(big Jason Mraz fan), lots of jazz, and my favorites are the standards like Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Peggy Lee, etc(no clue where this comes from!). Love Michael Buble.

Books: spiritual classics like Unveiled Mysteries, the books by Alice Bailey, Mary Margaret Moore's Bartholomew books were favorites a long time ago. The Mystery of Birth and Death. Now I love Abraham-Hicks, Byron Katie, Eckart Tolle. Jed McKenna is interesting. I love the writings of Ralph Waldo Emerson.
