ABOUT ME

Hi all, my name is like what I wrote above, I'm usually called Petro. I was born in Malang, grew up and spent my 25 years of my life there before I was selected as researcher in Ministry of Industry, Republic of Indonesia and posted in Ambon-Maluku-Indonesia. It was one of the hardest decisions that I made in life, to come to Ambon, since it is considered as conflict region. But, here I am now. Real adventurer would never be regretful, Ambon is such a nice and beautiful land.

I am out&easy going, open-minded, and independent. Smart, active, energetic and funny are top 4 words to describe me... I like science, nature, adventure and God made my life more perfect by giving me an art soul, I like music as well... I could play guitar and sing well (hahaha...self promotion)

I like traveling and working as researcher (in research center in East Region of Indonesia with food technology as my expertise) has given me chances to travel within Indonesia and to see the beauty of my country while doing my job. Visiting villages, learning new cultures of native tribes, going beaches and mountains, fishing and tasting the local foods are just some of the outstanding opportunities that I can get during my travel. .

So, If you are crazy adventurer and nature lover who are willing to explore East Part of Indonesia, from hills to beaches, from governor to village leader, never hesitate to leave me a message. I will be very happy to give you a ride! :) :)

Above all, I am just an ordinary young lady who just wants to enjoy my life with my own way!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love watching movie, "based on true story" movies will be on my top list to watch. Basically, I like any movies, but romantic and horror will be my last choice. I always spare few minutes to play guitar and singing after coming from work. Reading is always in "have to do" list during my weekend.. Novel by Agatha Christie and Dan Brown are my fave... Recently I am reading To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper lee...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

every single day in my life is just unbelievable..
to have-to enjoy-to love LIFE with all its attachment (people, culture and nature), trust me, that's AMAZING!!

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I can teach you how to cook some local food and Bahasa Indonesia. And maybe we can enjoy traditional dances though I can't dance! :P

Learn: I love to learn your culture (traditional dances, folk songs), your language and your local food and how to make it (if possible)! :p
