About Me

Climbing Mountains

well my name is Phil and that's probably the only thing that will never change about me, in the mean time anything is possible :) my life is currently taking me on an adventure to discover my home land in many ways and at the minit that means having a good long hard look at it from the top of every hill and mountain!
Englands been ticked off the list and more than happy to lay that to rest, Wales came and went in a heroic 18 hour mission over all 15 of their tallest summits in one hit... followed by a few weeks recovery and a good look around.

And now I find my self in Scotland... Scotland, long long over due and a few failed attempts but i'm here. finally.

live simpaly so others may simply live!

treat people how your'd like to be treated

good manners can go a long way

its not a hard set of rules to live by and it make everything in the world alittle bit happyer

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

i make a fantastic cup of tea!( what kind of englishman would i be if i didn't!)

spent a lot of time staying on couches up and down the UK, Philippines, Australia, at friends, freiends of friends and peoples who were kinda enough to let me stay a few nights having just met them and always happy to return the favour
I'v been on the site awhile now hosted many friends over the years whether 'couchsurfers' or 'people in need' or as i proffer to say 'in the right place at the right time'
i'v hosted more than i'v surfed (throught the site) and use the events list to meet great people :)

being outdoors.
i'd say i was an earthy person i love nature and being outside, living out side, i think over the last few years i'v spent more nights in a tent or out side than anywhere els.

there's nothing better than hanging up a hammock and going surfing or rock climbing.
