ABOUT ME

Recently graduated, I'm addicted to traveling so I'm using the recession as an excuse to forget job-hunting and travel for a bit! I'm looking to meet similarly laid back people to show me what it's really like to live in their area.

I'm a country girl really but like exploring cities too.

PHILOSOPHY

I feel as though anyone who claims to be bored is doing life a disservice. There is so much to experience, it'd take a thousand lifetimes to do everything I want to do.

Interests

Nature, traveling obviously, human rights, photography, reading (spend ages in old bookshops), philosophy, sports (swimming, surfing, riding, pretty much anything except golf), getting the most out of life.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love films like Waking Life, Garden State, Into The Wild, Amelie, Memento, Walk the Line.

Music-wise I tend to like acoustic, alternative, rock and classical. I play guitar, just not very well!

I love too many books to list. Some of my favourite authors/poets are Atwood, McEwan, Hemingway, Kerouac, Ginsberg and Snyder.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've met an 80-something year old surfer who possesses this amazing passion for life and thirst for new experiences. Incredible.
