Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Still fairly new to this but have only heard amazing things. Surfed in the USA and hope to do more now I'm back in Europe. Great way to meet like minded people and see new places with a local tour guide!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I met a local guy on a ferry in Lake Nicaragua, he invited me and the 2 guys I was travelling with to come and stay with him and his family in their home as they were having a party. They didn't speak English and we spoke little Spanish but despite the language barrier, it was an unforgettable experience to party Nicaraguan style with lots of food, music and beer and salsa dance long into the night.
