BACKPACKING IN SOUTH AMERICA SINE BEGINNING OF OCTOBER - BACK IN SWEDEN IN MAY

About us:
We love travelling and we are the kind of couple who'd stay in a big dorm to meet new people. We have been backpacking in Asia together and also lived in Austria for skiing (Victor did it twice, once when Pía was in Peru volunteering). When not working we love to go for a picnic with our friends and have a couple of beers and we love ending up dancing somewhere. We also love dogs and are genuinely interested in different persons stories!

Our Philisophy:
Two persons don't turn into one just because they are a couple. We are two different souls with seperated minds, always remeber, respect and equality. No peace until we are all equal!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We believe that through meeting new people with different stories and perspective on life we can make this world a more beatiful place, CS is a very easy way to achieve the meeting and perfect for cultural exchange and new friendships.

Interests

Pia: Always want to keep my body and mind moving this makes me enjoy everything between animals, partying, sports and books to feminism and politics. I love staying close to nature but I am also a real city junkie, there are the differences and new things to learn on the way that interests me!

Victor: Really passionate about snowboarding and skiing and also loves turning old bikes into new masterpieces! There's always room for another bike, right? I love food and especially everything that's sweet!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Pia: Going to the food market very early in the morning with my host mom in Peru (I was working as a volunteer). Watching her passing through the market making sure to get the best fruits and vegetables for the most reasonable price.

Victor: Hiking the alps in Austria on a sunny day with the snowboard tied to a small backpack. Then ride down the steep hill in soft, untouched powder!

Teach, Learn, Share

Both of us speaks English and Swedish, Pia also knows the basics of German a language that Victor however speaks way better. Pia speaks Spanish.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Positive energy, cooking, if you have a garden we'll help you with it. Victor could also fix your bike. But most of all we'd be very grateful to just meet you and see a small piece of your life. We absolutely understand that you have things to do and we are flexible. However if you're up to something and want two Swedes for company, we'll join!
