ABOUT ME

I'm a Vegetarian (going Vegan) Pharmaceutical Laboratory Technician. Working in lovely hamilton, I live at the city limits looking out over a picturesque grassy hill and a main road. There are many native birds, cows and other wildlife around - including my pet chickens :-)

Food :-). I'm currently experimenting with cooking with garden weeds!
I'm learning and experimenting with vegan recipes at the moment, with the occasional vegetarian (dairy) dish.
One of my flatmates studies herbal medicine and would be a good resource for this information.
