Hi,

I quited my job and left my hometown to travel with my girlfriend, Lou, around Latin-America. As many young people, we travel with our backpack, from Mexico to Argentina, but we're more fun than them ! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We're travelling slowly, by feet, hitchhiking, buses, or any other way we meet on our road. We aren't interesting in sleeping in hotels or using only taxis.
In short, you've understand it, Couchsurfing perfectly fits to our way to travel. We prefer listen your opinion and your advices rather than those of a travel guide !

Viajamos lentamente, a pie, haciendo autostop, autobuses, o de cualquier otra forma que nos encontremos en nuestro camino. No nos interesa dormir en hoteles o usar taxis.
En resumen, usted lo ha entendido, Couchsurfing encaja perfectamente a nuestra manera de viajar. ¡ Preferimos escuchar su opinión y sus consejos en lugar de los de una guía de viaje !

Interests

Living near the sea, I'm found of every thing related to the sea : fishing, sailing and snorkeling. I like to use my hands and learning new techniques.
Lou : I've made history studies, so i'm definitely more intellectual than Pierre ! :) Joking aside, I traveled a lot in Europe and I'm curious to discover other places, other people, and different ways of thinking to open my mind !
We're both very sociable and hungry for discoveries !

Viviendo cerca del mar, me encanta todo lo relacionado con el mar: pesca, navegación y snorkeling. Me gusta usar mis manos y aprender nuevas técnicas.
Lou : ¡He hecho estudios de historia, así que definitivamente soy más intelectual que Pierre ! : ) Bromas aparte, he viajado mucho por Europa y tengo curiosidad por descubrir otros lugares, otras personas y diferentes formas de pensar para abrir mi mente !

Music, Movies, and Books

We're both rather eclectics concerning music : from Goran Bregovich to Fela Kuti, The Doors to Jacques Brel, or Bomba Estereó to Buena Vista Social Club.
We also watch a lot of movies, by the way, it's with the cinema we've beginning to travel ! With books also, of course !

Ambos somos más bien eclécticos en cuanto a la música: de Goran Bregovich a Fela Kuti, The Doors a Jacques Brel, o Bomba Estereó a Buena Vista Social Club.
¡También vemos muchas películas, por cierto, es con el cine que hemos empezado a viajar ! ¡Con los libros también, por supuesto !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once, we've both have the stupid idea to come alongside an old sail boat in the port of Granville in France ! We thought we were pirates ! Conclusion : Lou didn’t get far from the wooden leg !

¡Una vez, ambos hemos tenido la estúpida idea de abordar un viejo velero en el puerto de Granville en Francia ! ¡Pensábamos que éramos piratas ! Conclusión : ¡ Lou evita por poco la pata de palo !
