ABOUT ME

I just spend the last 6 years of my life working as a cook for the Air Force and before i start my studies at the Culinary Institute of America i will be doing all the traveling i can afford. The best times I have had traveling where the times when I met locals and did every day things, avoiding the tourist traps.

If your glass is full, I empty it. If your glass is empty, I fill it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The only couchsurfing experience I have had was meeting the two people that introduced me to the site and shared their tent with me in Milan.

Anything outdoors. When i cant get outdoors, music, movies and the interwebs keep me pretty occupied.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am an aspiring chef and I also have a bit of back country knowledge. I would like to learn a bit about the history of the places i visit and I am always willing to try the foods of the local population so i can bring something back to my friends and family who don't have the opportunities i do.
