Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I host fun events at the bar.
I like to explore! - the city, the country, the streets, the mountains, lakes. One of the perks of living in Colombia is having SO many places to see. Colombia is passion, culture, people, laughs, dance, fresh food, incredible music, rumba and BEAUTY, all around you.
After living in Colombia for 8 years I can honestly say that I haven't seen enough.
I've got love for the sports - Basketball, "soccer," tennis, snowboarding, etc. Actually I say football now. I know I'm from the States but I don't care. I'm international, lol. I like the metric system and I say football for soccer and American football for American football.
I'm a decent salsa dancer for a gringo, and more like an "average" rolo (rolo means person from Bogota). I have a soft spot for reggaeton. I like deep house, especially saying 'deep house.'

Music, Movies, and Books
I love movies, who doesn't? I like finding people who enjoy watching scary movies, and then watching one and thinking, ah damn it that was so shitty, what a waste of time. But then the next time we're in the mood, we'll prolly find another shitty scary movie. It's like smoking weed. It's not always the best experience, but before you do it, it always seems like a great idea.
I like books and when I'm reading a good book I'm super excited about it and really into it and think, this is awesome! Why don't I do this more?! And then when I'm in-between books or reading an 'okay' book I kinda just stop reading all together and kind of forget my appreciation for books. It's a vicious cycle.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One time my roommate threw an onion slice to the trash can and it landed on the edge, just swaying there, without falling. It was quite the improbable balance.
I have no other stories for now, you only get that one.
Teach, Learn, Share
Jupiter has 63 moons.
Every time I come back to my profile to edit it I read that about Jupiter and the moons and I think, oh Yeah! I remember that. Thanks for the fun fact Chris.
