Learning all the ins and outs of San Francisco!
I just recently moved to San Francisco on a whim to check out a new city! I'm a pretty active dude who likes to check out new scenery and explore new things in life. I enjoy talking and listening to all kinds of people with different stories to share. I really like music and movies and am totally up for any new advice on either. Basically, if you're into telling good stories and connecting over new things...so am I!
Good advice is good advice, no matter what the source. Right now I think my personal philosophy is to be as much of a human sponge as possible. Trading stories and experiences helps us grow as people and become a tighter group. I feel like I'm here to learn as much from as many people as possible and if I can lend an ear to people every once in a while, that's cool too.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm always down for a drink or coffee or anything. Until I get a place with a couch to surf on that's going to be the best way to participate.
I've met some great people through CS and totally had a blast in Japan with a Surfer.
A little bit of everything. I listen to all kinds of music, watch as many movies, reading really interesting and random books, and traveling to new places. I've recently gotten into working out and trying to keep up with more world events. Since I've been to Korea I've been getting into dancing and I don't mind having some drinks here or there. If I'm having a good time, then I'm interested in it.
Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite books are Flowers for Algernon, The Stand, Tuesdays with Morrie, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, and I'm a Lebowski, You're a Lebowski. I like a lot of movies but I'd say the at the top for the moment are District 9, Star Wars, The Big Lebowski and Food Inc. I love all music.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
So far, living in Korea has been an amazing experience. I've met so many good people and learned a lot about myself. It's also opened up this new addiction I have: traveling. It's just the beginning of many amazing things I want to see and do.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can totally teach someone how to play drums or even a little guitar. I can also help out a little when it comes to psychology stuff, since I have a little education in that. I'm really wanting to learn a new language and become better how to use technology.
