I am from India and am attending the university in Mumbai majoring in Physics.
Currently I am a summer student at the Glasgow University. This is my second trip abroad, the first being a trip to Poland in the summers last year. It was a wonderful experience and I am looking forward to something similar this time too.

I am a very enthusiastic about outdoor activities and sports. I enjoy playing football, hiking, rock climbing and adventure activities in general.

I also enjoy learning new things and am open to new ideas and thoughts.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like traveling and exploring new places and meeting and knowing new people is also an important part of the experience. You get to make new friends and share life experiences which makes you a better person.

Also, people living in the place you are visiting know a lot more about the local culture and people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy all sorts of music, although I mainly listen rock and metal.

My favourite artists include Breaking Benjamin, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Linkin Park, Oasis, Evanescence and Matt Eliott. There also many other bands which I can't really remember right now. :P

I am also a great fan of Radiohead and MUSE, which I believe have wonderful music.

I enjoy thrillers and suspense movies. One of my favourites is The Machinist.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In January this year I completed my first marathon, which I believe is a huge achievement for me as I had been injured for a few months before the race. It made me realize the strength of will power.
