About Me

to serve displaced and at-risk youth in Santa Ana, CA

I am someone fascinated with people's stories. I love to learn about different cultures and the personal stories that exist within a culture or subculture, not bounded by country lines. This is part of my broader interest in conflict resolution and peacebuilding. I have recently finished up an internship with an NGO at the United Nations and seeking to continue to gain more experience locally.

I am passionate about servant leadership and social justice. I am currently working on starting a new non-profit organization to serve low-income youth with wrap around services.

I am a firm believer that every single person on earth has intrinsic value and has something to teach me. Limitation and weakness is not something to be ashamed of but is ofthen the genesis of great strength. What makes us vulnerable makes us beautiful. I am trying to learn to be the author of my own ambition.

Teach, Learn, Share

Jordan Peterson's Meaning of Life: "to find a mode of Being that is so wonderful and meaningful that the fact that one's life is full of suffering is no longer relevant, or perhaps even desirable.

We all have to find what that "mode of Being" is for each of us.
