ABOUT ME

I am really friendly, easy to get along with. I am always trying to find something new to do, something to learn from. I'm an ambitious person, sometimes I make plans that seem really difficult to accomplish, but one way or another I figure it out.

PHILOSOPHY

I have lost a lot in my life, and I have gained even more. All that has really made me realize that this is a huge world and I want to see as much of it as possible. I'm finally at a place in my life where I can make that happen.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't had any real couch surfing experience yet but I am trying to experience the world as much as I can and I can't wait to find someone who wants the same thing. I figure I have to start looking for ways to see the world on my own.

Interests

I try to be athletic and challenge myself. Any new sports, games, adventures I am down to give it a try. I practice capoeira, boxing, and I play basketball. I love to go out and meet people, try new foods or cultures. Since moving to Hawaii there has been a lot to explore and I'm still looking for more.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really like hip hop, bands like the roots, J5 and old Talib Kwali. I like music that is chill and fun to listen to.
Movies run the gamut, I really like well movies which get me engaged. I think one of my favorite movies has to be 7 Samurai by Akira Kurasawa.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living and working in Manhattan for Atlantic records, all of the parties and celebrities. Going to Iraq and seeing the people, the culture, and experiencing their daily life. Completing Tough Mudder with two of my best friends in memory of my late wife.

Teach, Learn, Share

I guess skills I have come in the shape of technology. I am really good with anything electronic. I can make almost anything work given a little time and I love to share what I know.
I was also a boxing coach and currently practice capoeira and I am more than willing to share those skills as well.
