HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm a new born couchsurfer! No couchsurfing experience yet. I may complete this part later!..
Never do "official" couchsurfing before, but we are used to host people at home quite often! There is lots of visit!
All kind of arts, entertainment (theatre, puppet, dance...), ando many things!
Music, Movies, and Books
Music (all mixed up!): Boris Vian and lots of french artist, John Zorn, Pascal Comelade, Tom Waits, Ella Fitzgerald, Eartha Kitt, Catherine Sauvage, Daverio, Steve Coleman, Spiraltribe, Squarepusher, Autechre, surf music, punk (and crusty music!),Krakauer, Fela Kuti, old school hiphop, lo-fi, jazz, Rebetiko, world and traditional music, and all musical and experimental curiosities!
Movies: All the silent films as Keaton, Lang, Murnau... Burlesque type as Marx Brothers and Monty Python...All kind of animated features films as the films of Svankmajer, Brother Quay, Plympton...and so many other director as Greenaway, Browning, Kubrick, Linklater, Tati, Lynch, Marker, Forman, Coppola, Kurosawa...blablabla and so much more!
Books: Same as befor! so many like Vian, Miller, Vallès, Lovecraft, K. Dick, Poe, Baudelaire...
Teach, Learn, Share
I would enjoy sharing, tranmitting or teaching any of my knowledges (french, juggling, sewing and other craftworks, sing...)
And as I said before I'm curious so it will be a pleasure to discover and learn all kind of things with people I would meet through CS.
