About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Reconnect with family.

ABOUT ME

Hmmm...

I'm a 23 year old male.

I have traveled to Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, North Ireland.

My parents are from Mexico. I was born and raised in the U.S. It's interesting to note that I'm 'Mexican' in America, and 'American' in Mexico. Interesting duality.

I ran a 4-month long marathon across North America (Canada-Guatemala). I still love to run.

Lived and worked in Washington, D.C.

Lived and worked in Seattle, WA as Youth Counselor for runaway/homeless youth.

I love to write, paint, play tennis, and have deep philosophical conversations every now and then :-)

I'm terrified of the ocean.

I like independence.

PHILOSOPHY

Happiness now, happiness now, happiness now! Live it, share it.

My internal peace, I guess you can say, is amongst youth. I don't know...but youth counseling has really been a grounding experience for me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've camped outdoors, in rain forests, deserts, and jungles. I've slept on concrete floors, rocks, and crammed myself in corners and couches. I've also had my share of ritzy hotels. Point being...I can adjust and am hardly an inconvenience.

Interests

Painting, tennis, jogging, kickboxing, dancing, writing. Philosophizing. Chillin'. People watching at parks and guessing what they do for a living. Having conversations with random people every now and then because I believe we all have a unique wisdom.
