ABOUT ME

I'm a film buff, pop culture aficionado, collector, love music and live shows (as much as possible), enjoy hikes and just being out in the world. My travels and time in Europe have taught me to appreciate long meals and good conversation.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to do good in this world. I try to be good to others and live with respect. I can be snarky and sarcastic with friends once we've reached that point, but generally, I'm big on kindness and having a good time. Again, good conversation with good company, laughter, enjoying the simple things in life, these are some of the ways I stay fulfilled.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new to couch surfing, but as I'm not traveling so much myself, I want to bring the world to me and meet new people from new places. At some point, hopefully you can return the favor!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was in London for the Millennium New Years celebration and it was incredible... millions of people on the River Thames, celebrating a change in the calendar... nothing extraordinary, but such a feel good moment of life and humanity.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think film is one of the highest art forms (as it combines all others) and I love discussing it! I have some pretty deep knowledge (both academic and geek-wise) on the subject. As for something I'd like to learn, well, I'm a terrible cook, so if you can teach me a trick or two in the kitchen, I'd be forever grateful!
