About Me

I really want to use my year away from study to travel and learn as much as I can in a few months about the rest of the world and other cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As most young people, I am not loaded with cash for several months worth of hotels, so I hope that if people are generous enough to offer me a couch for a night, I can one day repay the favour to some other penny-less student with a great story to share.

Interests

Water-colour painting, portrait drawing. reading, watching classic movies, baking, traveling and meeting new people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is varied for me, it ranges from terribly clique pop stars to 70's rock n roll with a little classical in between.
Movies is a large topic for me as I am very passionate about films but I love a lot of the classic movie sensations such as Star Wars, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Quentin Tarantino films, Tim Burton films, Studio Gibli films and many many more.
Books is also varied since some of my favourites are books I read when I was 10, to name a few, Harry Potter, Picture of Dorian Gray, Frankenstien, Deltora quest, The hobbit, A song of ice and fire and so on.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I jumped off the worlds tallest canyon swing in New Zealand
I also rock climbed up the famous Arapiles in Australia despite my fear of heights which I will always be terribly proud of.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My main goal is to gain knowledge and experience through others, but at the same time I hope to share information about the Australian culture and maybe clear up a few misconceptions that have been floating around the world about what Australia is really like.

Countries I’ve Visited

France, Italy, New Zealand, Switzerland

Countries I’ve Lived In

Australia
