I was a physical performer for many years until I met my ex husband. We moved to Albury when he got a job at the fruit fly circus school. My daughter now attends the school. I am busy with work and parenting but can always find time for bush walks or time at the river. I now lead a quiet life but attend theatre, music and shows often in Albury. I like to travel

It is a great way to meet people from other countries. I was generously looked after when I was travelling by people who let me stay before couchsurfing officially existed, so this is a way of continuing that generosity.

Interessi

I have a garden that we try and eat something from every day. I love to go bushwalking, going to the river, and of course being a librarian reading! I am environmentally aware and am interested in finding ways to tread more lightly on the planet. I ride my bike to work and as much as I can. I play recorder in an ensemble.

Musica, film e libri

there are so many books, its impossible to pick a favourite. I am a David Attenborough fan. I enjoyed 'The Bridge' TV series from Denmark. My music taste is wide and varied.

I was a Ned Kelly in the opening ceremony of the Olympic games, Sydney. I had pyros strapped to my helmet and feet and was hoisted 50m into the roof of the stadium. We then ignited the fireworks and spun across the space in harnesses whilst the flaming horse crossed beneath us.

I lived in Denmark for a year, so am keen to learn more Danish and French (as I have forgotten what i learned at school). I am keen to share information about what is happening in green movements around the world. I like to share delicious food, learn new recipes, laughs and stories.

I have a sofa bed in the lounge room and a trundle bed. I am only interested in having women staying or couples. We can share whatever is ready from the garden. I don't have a TV nor reliable internet so enjoy analogue entertainment.
