I'm 28 years old and from the U.K, where I've always lived. I live in the Peak District in Derbyshire with my husband, Simon.
I have lived in various places around the U.K, but I am originally from Derbyshire and Simon is from Yorkshire.
I studied English at Nottingham University and now teach young people. In my spare time I like to keep fit and take on new and more extreme challenges!
We like to travel and have visited a few great places over the last few years. We love food from most cuisines; I don't eat meat but Simon does.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My husband and I are currently on a 9 month cycling tour, hoping to make it as far as South America in 2018. We set off from the U.S-Canadian border in August 2017. We are looking for hosts while on our trip and will be happy to host on our return to the U.K.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

So far, we have loved our experience in America, travelling through Washington State, and we thought Lake Wenatchee was beautiful.
Of everywhere we've visited, I loved the caves in Vietnam and the town of Hoi An.
We have met amazing, kind people around the world, which is really inspiring.
