About Me

I am an aspiring traveler and photographer, studying abroad in Athens, Greece! I LOVE meeting new people and I enjoy cooking and reading. HIKING, BIKING and EXPLORING are some of my favorite all-time hobbies. If I am not out and about capturing photographs of random people, interesting sights or strange looking alleyways, I guarantee you can find me in the hills, wandering about, or down the street talking with some locals and attempting to learn their language. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I ammmmm on couch "surviving" surfing because alike most of my fellow peers and dear friends, I'm a struggling college student on a budget who can't always afford a fancy, spiffy Air BnB. Regardless, I enjoy having a good conversation with new people and I enjoy connecting with young adults and students, like myself.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

How about several amazing things I have done?

I have hitched hiked with my best friend in Hawaii...twice!
I book one-way tickets to everywhere and any where I travel.
I attempt to slack-line and set up my hammock in the most bizarre and isolated places.
I have made many friends who are in their late 60's and early 70's (I consider myself an old soul).
I have hiked the mountains of ancient Delphi in Greece.
I have swam in the Mediterranean Sea! (the water is salty)
I lived in upstate New York for two Summers in a row, working at an amazing sports camp with some of the coolest kids!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share with you things about myself, the places I have traveled, the interesting stories of different people I have met , the books I enjoy reading, the meals I enjoy cooking and how to make them; I can teach you how to engulf yourself in more positivity and how to embrace chanfe. I am willing to learn new languages--even a few, short phrases I can acquire a quick grasping for.
