ABOUT ME

Well my best friend is my old roommate from boarding school, so she knows how I live. She'd say that I'm a spontaneous person who is funny and smart. Most people say that I'm too nice and that I would do anything to help others, even if I get hurt in the process. My best friend has seen this first hard, so I'm sure she'd say the same thing.

Interessi

I'm majoring in psychology so I spend a lot of my free time reading new studies and articles involving child psychology. I nanny for the cutest 5 year old, and he keeps me on my toes. My boyfriend (we travel together) majors in software engineering, so he spends all of his time programming for one thing or another, working, or playing Starcraft 2.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I volunteer for Walk MS which is an organization that fundraises to help fund cures for Multiple Sclerosis. Seeing older people with progressed MS still out at the walk, fundraising before the walk, and doing everything an able bodied person could do for the cause, really warms my heart.

I interred at a residential treatment facility for youth for 2 summers and the amount of love those children showed me (usually, haha) was amazing. Many of the children had never experienced love themselves, so the fact that they trusted and confided in me makes me know that I chose the right field in life.
