I'm pretty darn easy going and mellow (not like thats a common attribute for people on here or anything), nearly always in an oddly good mood according to others. I like people and animals, having a good time and seeing others happy. I'm fairly sociable and enjoy being physically active, trying new things and broadening my horizons since

PHILOSOPHY

Im not a very deep/ philosophical person, these are just common sense deals i think. I guess just take it easy. Things darn near always pan out alright so there's no point fretting. Unless its real serious. See the wonderful things around you, because there's a lot to be happy about here. Primarily I think people just need to stop take themselves too seriously, do what you want to do, and dont be too concerned with the thoughts of others because they don't actually concern you! unless you're getting all up in there business. I don't know, just be nice to people, be polite and respectful (to people, animals environment) surround yourself with loved ones, try to enjoy whatever you're doing. Make mistakes and get messy. Have fun, be safe and wait for the signs! Not gonna lie those last two things came from Miss Frizzle and my dad.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Through this organization I stayed with 3 others with a lovely retired couple in Portland, Oregon on my way south. That one visit with them got me to join here. Besides that no other experience with Couchsurfing, but i look forward to hosting people along in their escapades whatever they may be. You could have the great honour of being my first guest! i gotta start somewhere

Interests

I really enjoy sports and getting my physical activity on. I like listening to live music, exploring, being outside doing whatever really, reading, hanging out. General fun, what ever form that might be found in, i can get fairly creative with the right company. Really dig animals, specially cats. Love to bake! so I'll make ya something real nice.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like cheap westerns. i said it. I quit enjoy reading, primarily historical fiction ranging throughout time periods. But especially pioneer times for some reason. But if you got a book with ya there or somebody recommends it, im fairly likely to read it or at least try. My tastes aren't too discerning music wise, not keen on metal, screeming or heavyduty rap. I especially enjoy me some oldies, in no particular order, classic rock, country, folk, Motown. Movies, not 3d or overly artsy. or scary/gory because im a pansy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My goodness, i dont know. i some how managed to take a wrong turn in a lazy river and lost my family for a while there. not amazing, but stupidly impressive. Its a fricken loop for petes sake! scratch that. i fairly recently went for a skinny dip on quite a chilly and rainy night in the one and only Great Slave Lake.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach people how to read good and who want to learn to do other things good. I know how to crochet, a bit, but need some work. Some gymnastics and fitness info may be forthcoming if asked. I know somethings regarding geography and earth processes because school. I can teach ya how to roll a mean burrito/ make cheap mexican food because job. holy doodle there sure is a lot i'd like to learn. and a lot of it is pertaining to nothing in particular. Impart your knowledge and stories upon me!
