About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To get away with skipping classes and travel as much as possible!

ABOUT ME

I'm a university student from Singapore, currently on exchange in Aarhus, Denmark. Mostly I love trying new food places, travelling, playing the piano, being with friends and family.

I am afraid of heights, but have been challenged to go ice climbing up a frozen waterfall in Chamonix, abseiling down a waterfall in Gopeng, and zip-line above the tree tops in a rainforest in Thailand. Some day I intend to sky jump without peeing in my pants.

Although I live in a tiny city, I'm lucky to have travelled to various parts of the world - my favourites include Japan, France, Cambodia. The next few destinations on my 'To Visit' list are Israel, Syria, Egypt and Turkey. I like sharing experiences in different countries with other people and I love trying new foods in new places!

PHILOSOPHY

I'm 23 but most days, feel like I'm 19, going through life without a game plan or 5 year plan to climb the corporate ladder. Taking the time now to really experience all I can before I join the 'real world', if I ever do.

So I guess right now, my philosophy is to make the most of my experiences and what I encounter from day to day.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like musicals, all sorts of movies even the ones that make you feel like your IQ dropped 10 points watching it (well, sometimes)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ice climbing up a frozen waterfall was amazing and terrifying and thoroughly unforgettable; also, speeding on a snow mobile across frozen lakes and rivers in Kiruna at night, cycling around ancient temples in the Ang Kor Wat park in Cambodia...

Teach, Learn, Share

I can play the piano and read scores so if any one wants to learn a tune or two, I'd be glad to share. I also give good dog massages!

I like trying new things!
