ABOUT ME

a fun loving, spontaneous, open-minded, easygoing foodie/musician/traveller with a taste for adventure. I love experiencing the sights sounds and tastes of different places and cultures. Born and raised in Mumbai, Ive travelled to all four corners of my country from the biggest cities to the tiniest villages but im hungry for more. Growing up in a culturally diverse country like India its easy to forget that theres a whole world out there but now i finally have a chance to start exploring the rest of the planet. I love music and im always looking for new sounds and instruments. I play in a band and soundtrack films as a profession and it has always been my dream to travel around the world with nothing but my guitar. I will be spending a month in brazil and since this is my couchsurfing initiation im hoping to meet some interesting people (the crazier the better).

music: everything from old school jazz to experimental electronica. right now listening to eskmo, trifonic, netsky, bt, massive attack, karnivool and lots more. movies: few of my current favourites are eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, moon, the ledge, black swan etc. (Just saw city of god) I love good documentary films also. books: currently reading polyester prince the biography of a famous indian industrialist Dhirubhai Ambani. some of my favourite authors are Khaled Hooseini, Jhumpa Lahiri, Anne Ryand etc.
