I am 26 year old PhD student from a town in England called Bolton and studied at the University of Manchester. I have a keen interest in sports but more in terms of watching these days but I still did do occasionally play football basketball and badminton. I like to swim. In my spare time i like to travel to places when I have enough money to do so and I also enjoy playing the sports above, watching movies or drinking beer. I really enjoy meeting different types of people from all over the world but also people with different personalities and interests.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's a cheap fun way to meet people in cool locations. I joined because I am doing an internship in Leiden and I wanted to meet people whilst I am there as the company i am working for has only two people and I wanted to meet people outside of work too. Also I thought people who are couch surfing are the kind of people who are going to want to make new friends which is what I need when going to a new place where I don't know anyone.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite musics is Motown but I like lots of other things including rock, jazz and cheesy pop. I wouldn't consider myself a massive music fan. My favourite film is probably Forrest Gump and dodgeball is my favourite silly comedy film.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been to the Victoria falls in Zambia and done a boat safari and I also did a zip line 200 m above the ground.
