ABOUT ME

Originally from Boston, I have lived in San Francisco for the past 4+ years. I have worked as a small business organizer and field organizer for a political campaign since being there, but I have always made time to travel and enjoy the great outdoors. I am also a huge fan of art and music.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't really yet, despite having created an account 3 years ago.  But I'm headed to Colombia for December/January, and would love to become an invovled and dedicated member of the community!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had very little Couchsurfing experience, but am hoping to gain some on my next trip. My good friend and housemate is an avid Couchsurfer and we have had a few people stay at our place over the past year and I have traveled with her and met up with Couchsurfing hosts who she became friends with in previous travels. She and I have only had good experiences, so I'm excited to get on the Couchsurfing bandwagon.

Musica, film e libri

I don't watch movies as much as I would like to anymore, but have always been a big fan of "The Big Lebowski."

Music: Very into reggae, bluegrass, folk, afro-beat and alt-country. Favorite artists include Seeed, Sizzla, Beenie Man, Bela Fleck, Fela Kuti, and Ryan Adams. Plenty more but you'll have to ask me in person.
