Hey,
We're a nice and friendly couple currently living in London. We like travelling and meeting new people.
Ray: I work in a secondary school as a French and Spanish. French is my native language but i always found languages interesting. I learnt English whilst working a few summers in Ireland, and Spanish in Seville!
Meera: I work as an optometrist which gives me plenty of opportunity to travel around the UK :) As well as travelling, I love yoga, movies and catching up with friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We like meeting new people when we travel, both fellow travellers and locals who can show us around and share a bit of their culture. Similarly, we really like having people around and showing them the best spots in London.

Interests

We love cooking, and learning about new cuisines. We're vegetarians, by the way! :) Travel is also high up on the list, we actually met four years ago in Bogota and have been travelling together ever since!

Music, Movies, and Books

We're quite eclectic in our music taste and like all sorts of movies.
Ray: If I were on a desert island and could only have one book, it'd probably be 100 años de soledad.

Teach, Learn, Share

Ray: I can teach French and Spanish and I'd love to learn how to surf!
Meera: I've attempted to teach cooking in the past! I'd like to learn how to rock climb and I've always wanted to go sky diving.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We have a king size inflatable mattress and can offer home cooked meals :)
