I left Canada January 6, 2018, in search of an adventure! I wanted to challenge myself and experience new cultures. I have always wanted to travel through Asia, I saw an opportunity, so I took it. The last 8 days of my trip are going to be in Japan as I have always wanted to go there. I know it is not a lot of time but I though, why not, I am close, let's just get a feel for it and come back later. I work in restaurants in Canada and currently live in Vancouver, BC. I am an artist who likes to paint, draw, weave and design and make furniture. I love cooking and learning new recipes and flavours. I love meeting new people and hearing their stories. I thought couch surfing would be a great way to have an authentic and sincere experience.
