ABOUT ME

If you asked my best friends about me, the would tell you that I can be quiet and reserved until you get to know me, then I am an open book. I interact better in a small group/ one on one situations than at a big party. I am honest and do not sugar coat the truth. I love helping people, and that is probably why I went to school to become a chiropractor.

Interests

I enjoy cooking and creating delicious, healthy meals. I love to run, go on long walks, spend time in nature when possible, and I really enjoy yoga (but I am by no means a master yogi). I also enjoy reading when I have time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Meeting each of my nephews for the first time.
Every time I am in the country and I look up at a clear night sky, I am amazed at how small, yet connected I feel in the universe/ grand scheme of life.
