ABOUT ME

I'm outgoing and independent and highly health conscious. I love to be active and am always keen for a laugh.

My aim in life is to be the best version of myself and enjoy the ride along the way. I'm incredibly passionate and enthusiastic about lifestyle optimisation (i.e. doing less and achieving more). I love learning from and sharing with others.

I'm conscious minded and aim to leave this planet in a better state than I found it.

PHILOSOPHY

To be the best version of myself while vulnerably and honestly sharing my experience with others to give them the space to be able to open up and (if they choose) embark on their own personal growth, however that looks for them.

I don't currently have the capacity to offer a couch, but I'm keen to meet other like-minded CSers on my travels through the US.

I've been fortunate enough to have done a lot of overseas and domestic travel and met some incredible people along the way. Each adventure I embark on is made incredible by the people I encounter and connect with.
