To step out of my comfort zone in an effort to keep my mind and my heart as open and clear as possible. As a friend here in Seattle would say 'I'm just trying to have a good time!'
Easy-going, usually smiling, open-minded, fun-loving, and always open to the lesson to be learned. I listen to lots of music, of all sorts, but mainly of an electronic, ambient, or 'indie' flavor. I worked at Apple for 5 years, as one of their so-called 'Mac Genii", and now I'm in a bit of a transition trying to 'make it' as a DJ while planning my next move. I've been heavily considering going to get a Masters degree in Architecture; it's always been something I've wanted to do, and I think it would put to good use my problem-solving brain in a creative environment.
Keep it simple.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Always open to visitors to the Seattle area. I absolutely love the city, plus I have a pretty extensive knowledge of the music scene there. Though I don't have a couch at the moment, I'm always willing to grab a coffee at one of Seattle's fine caffeine dispensing facilities.
I'm new, but my friend Lauren is who recommended it to me, and she swears by it!
Oh boy. I mean, music, of all sorts really - listening, attending shows, criticism, etc. Amateur photography. Apple computer geekery. Modern design. Brightly colored clothing and sneakers. Urban adventures. Laying in a park on a sunny day. Reading at my favorite coffee shop Bauhaus for hours at a time. Netflix.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Life in the Pacific Northwest is constantly amazing, but witnessing the jubilation on the night that Barack Obama won the election is something that I will never forget.
