I’ve always used Airbnbs over your booking.coms as I love meeting people, but Couchsurfing is the next logical step to really get to know a person and a region by sharing their home and bed if it comes to that.

It takes a lot of trust on both sides I guess, but I have a spirit of adventure and I’m optimistic about people in general and find like tends to attract like.

I’m interested in finding out about people, stories, experiences and places over a few glasses of red wine or a nice meal.

I’m a great believer in what will be and happy to let the universe and coïncidences guide me to the people I’m due to meet on my journey.

I love property (I’m a rest estate agent here in France, primarily working with LGBTQ owners and buyers), classic cars (I have a beautiful red Jaguar XJS convertible), antiques, ultra contemporary architecture, naturism wherever possible, ile du levant (love) travel (before the world collapsed), rainforests, cryptozoology (look it up, but I’ve seen the Loch Ness monster) astrology (I’m a March Aries) making pavlovas and would love a corgi one day when I settle down again.
