ABOUT ME

Hi there,

You can call me Michi :)
I am from Hong Kong and start traveling alone like 3 years ago. I started traveling with working holiday visa, working, earning money, go around and back. I enjoy the "work hard , play harder" life style. I have been to Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Thailand, and now in Canada.

I am easy going and optimist person, love meeting people from anywhere, everyone has something special to share, and all the stories connected to inspiration n thoughts.

I love visit place with natural beauty but can also do extreme adventures. I have been camping for 14 days in Western Australia in beautiful Kimberley region, tried sailing for 5 days in Whitsunday Islands, also stayed in Japan, niseko for an amazing snow season.

There are so many places to explore and I really wanna do the best when I can afford. Knowing different culture and people, and so to know more about myself :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As I am traveling around, I cant afford a place to host anyone, but will try to do once I settle down.

I am an independent and experience traveler, so I dont expect my host will drive me around and look after me. If anyone is nice to host me and share his/her stories, I am really appreciate.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I havnt get a host from this website before. But I was hosted by Michael in his beautiful yacht in Whitsunday Island in Australia through helpx. That was an wonderful experience, I never been living in a yacht and only did sailing few times in Hong Kong.

Staying in there for few days, I enjoy living aside the ocean, was so peaceful and different. I was lucky enough to have this amazing experience and understood a different kind of life style :)

I was not a super big fans of movie, dont have any special.

I like Indie rock music, trying to listen some heavy rock music when I was living with a girl who loved it.

Sailing in beautiful blue ocean in Whitsunday, been invited by local eating kangaroos tails and lizard meat in Kimberley, tried amazing skydiving in Wanaka, Sidecountry in niseko Japan ...
