ABOUT ME

I grew up in a small village but must have had very itchy feet as I've since lived in Sheffield twice where I went to university, and worked on the south coast as a graphic designer and an architectural assistant in London. I have just graduated from my fifth year at university studying architecture so between my final exhibition and graduation, I think its time for an adventure before I get back to the rat race..!

Enjoy cooking (and eating), playing the piano (I don't play very well), walking, art, architecture, music (last.fm/user/rpfennell_88) & learning new things. Done a small amount of travelling, mainly in europe.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I last surfed around 3 years ago and adored it, I hope that everyone I stayed with enjoyed my company as much as I did theirs! Hopefully I can reveal something about your city that you didn't already know, or cook you a delicious traditional British meal!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In 2011 I spent three weeks interrailing around Scandinavia. I was very lucky to be hosted by some incredible people who really made the holiday what it was - brilliant. I enjoyed being taken kayaking in Copenhagen, having a couchsurfing party in Oslo, visiting galleries and bars in Helsinki, Bergen and Stockholm with my hosts. I was able to return some of the hospitality when my new friend from Copenhagen visited London later that year.

I used to watch many more movies and read much more but uni taking over has given me a short attention span... maybe its time to rediscover. I will be taking a Haruki Murakami book away with me, really enjoyed the wind up bird chronicle.
