CURRENT MISSION

I am on a mission to rely on my mind to bring to me the grandest of adventures while I spend the next 3 months in Europe on my own. No plans, just trusting the universe to bring me simple moments that will bring a smile.

ABOUT ME

It's time to trust the universe to bring me my next adventure. I have left my "standard" way of living, packed up and have taken off to encounter whatever comes my way as I travel throughout Europe. I made the decision just 2 days ago and already wondrous miracles have manifested to set me on my way to discovery. I'm at peace with myself and have learned that "to thine own self be true" is a gift to be relished. Laughter is the ever-present ingredient that keeps me healthy and light-hearted. I am absolutely jazzed to meet all those amazing people on whose couch I will have the blessing to share.

PHILOSOPHY

The more you give the more you receive. So, so true. My life has been filled with inexplicable joys that overflow my cup. My focus is on having empathy for those in my life -- relating without judgement, supporting without question. The purpose of my life is to make known the unknown capabilities of my mind. Within me is the power to accomplish absolutely anything in life and I am intent of making all my dreams come true -- health, wealth, joy, love, empathy, and love and acceptance of self. I have discovered that attitude is everything and that has helped me lighten up so many times during those challenging opportunities. The beauty of life is that we are always in choice. How empowering!

I participate in life freely and with open arms because each and every person with whom I come in contact is a reflection of the beauty that I am. To be able to connect with another is an inexplicable gift.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never couchsurfed but it tingles me to be able to taste such an experience. And to learn that there are people all over the world willing to open their homes and hearts, well, that brings tears of joy to my soul.

Intereses

Reading has recently become a top priority -- Orson Scott Card, Kathleen McGowan, The Masters of The Far East. I have an affinity for anything that is vintage French --decorative, music, art. Red wine, worldly cheeses, prosciutto and fresh fruit tickle my pallet to no end. Architectural details just fascinate me and looking into the eyes of a homeless person and thanking them for looking back thrills my soul.

Música, películas y libros

Renaissance music that incorporates the lute is my favorite, along with French Café music. I also enjoy Adele,Katy Perry, Pink, John Mayer and Dianna Krall. Throw in some Sinatra and Nat King Cole and you'll find me dancing in the kitchen!

I have already mentioned above that my favorite writers include Orson Scott Card, Kathleen McGowan and The Masters of the Far East. But I can also enjoy a funny Archie comic book!

When it comes to movies, the genres that tickle my fancy are sci-fi, romantic comedies and a not too gory action movie.

There is never an accident why people cross paths. That engagement is always filled with a wondrous purpose. My view on life is that one's thoughts create their reality -- from a spiritual viewpoint to its validation through quantum physics. I very much enjoy sharing ideas about this observation and to discover how others view their lives and how their circumstances came to be as they are.
