We now the have technology to produce an abundance of plant food that results in less misery, more food, less pollution, less land...

We've taken up flat screen tv, computers, mobile phones and the internet with glee, why aren't we jumping at the chance to adopt a practice that could save billions of lives and give us more food with less pollution?

We can be healthy without animal food according to nutritional authorities around the world, including the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. We should be happy to leave our domination of our fellow animals behind...
