Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I thought I would give this a go after hearing great experiences from other travellers who've done it. I've spent the past 8months travelling solo through Central America staying in hostels, homestays and friends couches, so thought couchsurfing would be an awesome way to met the locals. I'm coming to the end of my travels and am having to be abit more concious about where my money is going and couchsurfing sounds like a cheaper and more fun alternative to hostel life.
