About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To see the world. And to meet people!

ABOUT ME

My friends would probably say that I like to cook for them a lot. And that I love to have them around, listen to music, drink a glass of wine. They might also say that I like to see new places and that I am quite curious to get to know about other cultures.
I hope it's all true what they say :)
At least I can say that I really love to discover cultures, countries and most of all to get to know people from all over the world - because it can only be inspiring. And you realise that there's a lot of things going on that are not part of your daily life and that you want to discover.

PHILOSOPHY

Protect your happiness.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have only registered here last month (June 2012). Me and a friend are going to do an Interrail trip through Europe and thought that the best way to get to know people would be to stay with them and talk to them.
Hopefully, I will be able to host people from many other countries when we're back from traveling and the busy times in university are over :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never had any experience with CouchSurfing but I hope that this is going to change very soon!

Interests

I quite like music. Even though I don't play any instrument properly, it's one of the most important things to me. If I don't listen to or write about music, you might find me at university. Studying English and German.
Oh and I like being outside and to be with my friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

The last book I read that really fascinated me was "Reading In The Dark" by Seamus Deane.
The last record that I really enjoyed was probably Damien Jurado's "Maraqopa" - but there's so much music to listen to! :)
Wes Anderson's latest movie "Moonrise Kingdom" was probably not the best one I've ever seen but I really love the story it tells and the unique atmosphere it creates.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To go to concerts is probably one of the things that always is an amazing experience. But I couldn't really pick one particular.
When I visited Ireland for the first time last year I was pretty amazed how beautiful it is over there and what a pretty landscape there is!
