I'm a 22 year old girl looking to persue my travelling dreams. I'm Portuguese and currently live in Cascais (Lisbon) with my parents. At first sight I'm a very shy girl and don't really talk much, but after a few minutes you won't be able to shut me up! I love Italian and Japanese food and I'm addicted to chocolate!
A few months ago I gained something they call wanderlust, I then created a travel blog - www.travellingwithrita.weebly.com - and after landing a job at a restaurant I decided it was my time and so, I've been saving all the money I can, and on February 3rd I am getting on a plane to Rome and I am backpacking Europe by myself and making a dream come true.
I've lived in Lugano, Switzerland for 4 months where I did my Erasmus, and traveled to Paris and Rome after that.
I joined couchsurfing because I want to meet new people and I would love to make friends on every corner of the world, if of course you want me as your friend! I'm really excited and I feel like I'm entering a new phase of my life that will challenge me a lot, but that it can be the best time ever!

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm addicted to movies, music and books. I watch A LOT of movies during the week and a lot of tv shows. I don't have a favorite movie, but I like drama, adventure and romance. As for shows, I watch Game of Thrones, Grey's Anatomy, Vampire Diaries, Louie and I weirdly love Criminal Minds. AS for music I like pretty much everything, and I don't spend a day without hearing some music. Books, books, books, I LOVE THEM! Specially romances!
