I'm from a small town by the Atlantic Ocean, Costa da Caparica, just outside of the capital, Lisbon. I spent the 11th grade abroad in the United States, in Chicago staying with a host family. I took B.Sc. Engineering Physics in the oldest university town in Portugal, Coimbra. Right now I'm taking the M.Sc. of Photonics in Jena, De.
