I'm a huge fan of history and everything historical, and so I use that as an excuse to go to new places. I also thoroughly enjoy all outdoor pursuits (or at least haven't found one I don't enjoy yet) and so if I can mix history with crazy outdoorsy stuff, all the better. I have a very dry sense of humour, am easy going but quirky and am always willing to try something new once.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It seems like a great place to meet other like minded travelers or people who enjoy hearing stories of traveling, and have a place to lay my head at the same time.

Interests

With a degree in Outdoor Recreation, I haven't met an outdoor activity or pursuit I haven't liked yet. This ranges from scuba diving to abseiling to really long hikes to white water kayaking.
