I live in City of San Clemente in Sunny Southern California. I tutor in math, physics, chemistry, statistics and economics, high school and college level.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am toward the end of a month long travel. Starting a week in Vancouver, 10 days
in Costa Del Sol, now in Barcelona. I met Jeff Ridge who told me about Couchsurfing. Jeff and I have been walking Barcelona for two days.

Jeff has a Couchsurfing host in Geneva. So I thought it might be neat to go to Switzerland for 2-3 days. I was in Lausanne and Montreux 15 years ago. I enjoyed it and bicycled a lot. I thought some greenery and mountains are in order after all of these Southern Spain traveling. I need to fly back to CA this Monday, June 20th. As I have a bridge class to teach this Tueday, June 21st.

Interests

I am an avid swimmer. I also play bridge 3-4 times a week at Dana harbor Bridge Club.

I love all F. Scott Fitzgerald's books, specially Tender is The Night.
I also love all Ernst Hemingway books, specially For Whom The bells Toll.
The Dune books and movie, and Foundation Trilogy by Issac Asimov.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In four years, I got both my B.S. and M.S. from MIT.
I also have been meditating for 5 years. :)
