ABOUT ME

I started my first tour September 6 2014
I'm 47 and haven't traveled at all except for work
I figured after being laid off this past summer, that it was time to pursue my dreams or take another dead end job and never see my dream of cycling the US
I planned the trip to see my cousin in Denver CO then a friend in Bayfield CO where I currently am helping him finish a barn.
I plan on still touring to California and then do west to east across the southern states using HWY 10. I've rhode 33 days from WI to CO and have cycled 1600 mile so far camping and using Warmshowers host. I was told about Couchsurfing and plan on using both sites to help me save $. Thanks ahead for any help you offer. It is very appreciated. ☐

Wanted to ride for a cause but I ride for myself.

Música, películas y libros

I'm a self taught person who never reads I learned by listening well and watching people, movies, TV, just paying close attention to the way things work. Don't ask me to read. I was a punished in Catholic School by being stuck in Libraries, so I hate books and reading. I Made it this far in life without reading more than 15 books. So don't judge what you couldn't possibly understand. I was Bullied a lot.

A Tri-Athlon (sprint)
Cross Country and Track records in 2 & 3 mile. They are finally being beat by a kid of a person I ran with in school, after 28 years. 😀

I've taught many as a trainer and mentor for the companies I worked for. Construction, Welding, repairing electric motors, farm industry, Target DC Trainer. I can drive most any forklift and used to certify people on lift trucks. I pick up fast on almost any machine and have driven dozers and farm tractors on my tour to help people.
