About Me

Hey there! Aries Cisgendered straight female feminist.

I grew up in MD went to school right outside of Baltimore and made it my mission to eventually move there.
I'm living in Hampden now, but I've lived In Remington/Charles Village. and I'm decently acquainted with inner harbor/harbor east.

I love going out and just experiencing anything/everything. I live with 3 roommates and we're all liberal leaning, drink/420 friendly and comedy/cooking /wrestling junkies!

We're still not sure if the house is gonna be open for couch surfers. I'm running it by all my roomies and making sure everyone feels comfortable with it.

But if the house eventually does open up we've got couches and a single bed, spare bedroom as well~

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

With being a nanny I get a lot of time off because the family I work for will often go on vacation. and It's not always easy to find travel buddies/friends with the same schedule

It feels like a waste to not take advantage of a last minute week off, so I'm trying to fight past my initial hesitation and start trying to travel solo more~

Music, Movies, and Books

girl punk, twee, pop punk, folk, acoustic.
I also unironically love pop/top 40 haha...

I love reading! some of my favorites are Murakami, Sedaris, Kundera - Christopher Moore, Bell Hooks, Banana Yoshimoto

Marvel films anything with interesting/complex female characters.
Cheesy 90s/00s romcoms are a particularly guilty pleasure

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did a stand up open mic and didn't pee myself?? I feel like that counts....

I've also been involved with some really moving volunteer work!

I was able to maintain the delicate balance of getting a undergrad degree and acting like a drunken buffoon at many a dorm party.

Countries I’ve Visited

England, Japan
